Our Whistleblower Policy safeguards the identities of whistleblowers, enabling you to make a report directly with the Integrity & Governance Unit and relevant authorities.
A disclosure of Improper Conduct may be made in writing to the Head, Internal Audit Department (Appointed Officer) and the disclosure shall be marked as ‘Confidential’ at the following address:
Your name, contact number, address or e-mail.
Detail of improper conduct i.e. date, time, location, people involved, description of the conduct.
Evidence or witness accounts from people who can assist in the investigation.
