Tan Sri Che Khalib bin Mohamad Noh was appointed as the Chairman of Kontena Nasional Berhad on 3 December, 2015.
A qualified accountant, Tan Sri Che Khalib is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA, M) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK) United Kingdom.
Tan Sri Che Khalib began his career with Messrs. Ernst & Young in 1989 and later joined Bumiputra Merchant Bankers Berhad. Between 1992 and 1999, he served in several companies within the Renong Group. In June 1999, Tan Sri Che Khalib joined Ranhill Utilities Berhad as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He then assumed the position of Managing Director and CEO of KUB Malaysia Berhad. Tan Sri Che Khalib was then appointed as the President/CEO of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) on 1 July 2004 where he served TNB for eight (8) years until the completion of his contract on 30 June 2012. He later joined DRB-HICOM Berhad as the Chief Operating Officer of Finance, Strategy and Planning in July 2012.
Tan Sri Che Khalib was previously a member of the Board and the Executive Committee of Khazanah Nasional Berhad from the year 2000 to 2004. He also served as a Board member within the United Engineers Malaysia Group of companies and Bank Industri & Teknologi Malaysia Berhad.
Tan Sri Che Khalib currently sits on the Board of Gas Malaysia Berhad, Malakoff Corporation Berhad, Johor Port Berhad, MMC Engineering Group Berhad, Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad, Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, NCB Holdings Berhad, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd and several private limited companies.

Asyraf Suhaimi Sulaiman was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company on 2 July 2020.
Asyraf Sulaiman is the Group Chief Financial Officer of MMC Corporation Berhad (MMC). In addition to Group Finance, he is also responsible for Group Treasury, Group Strategy & Investments, Group Risk & Integrity Management and Information System Department. He joined MMC in June 2020 as Head, Group Strategy & Investments Division, later elevated to the role of Group Chief Strategy Officer.
Asyraf’s corporate experience has focused on the fields of investment, corporate finance, and strategy with several notable companies, namely Permodalan Nasional Berhad and Ranhill Holdings Berhad.
Asyraf holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance (BSc) from the London School of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde. He is also a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an associate member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and has attended the ASEAN Senior Management Development Program, Harvard Business School.
Asyraf currently sits on the Board of Johor Port Berhad, MMC Engineering Group Berhad, Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad, NCB Holdings Berhad, Kontena Nasional Berhad, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd and several private limited companies.

Nagib Ramli was appointed as Board of Directors of the Company on 10 February 2025.
Nagib Ramli is the Head of Group Strategy & Investments Division at MMC Corporation Berhad. Prior to assuming the role, he was an Assistant General Manager in the same division where he led group-wide business development initiatives. Previously, Nagib served Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad as Senior Manager, Strategy Division where he led the corporate planning and transformation portfolio. He began his career in Frost & Sullivan (Malaysia) as an industry analyst and subsequently joined Valuecap as an equity analyst.
Nagib holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (BSc) from City University of New York, Baruch College and has attended the Senior Management Development Program, Harvard Business School.

Ahmad Zaki Bin Abdullah was appointed as Board of Directors of the Company on 9 January, 2020.
Ahmad Zaki is the Head, Group Corporate Planning at MMC Corporation Berhad.
Prior to joining MMC, Ahmad Zaki was attached with RHB Islamic Bank Berhad as its Senior Vice President and Head of International Business Division.
He has been with leading local and foreign investment banks where he was involved in all aspects of Corporate Finance and Investment Banking activities.
Ahmad Zaki holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honours from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University, United States of America. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an associate member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant, registered as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. He has also attended the ASEAN Senior Management Development Program organised by The Harvard Business School Alumni Club, Malaysia.
Ahmad Zaki currently is a board member of several private limited companies within MMC Corporation Berhad.
